The Knights of Columbus Cook Out is a community event that brings the Baylor Catholic community and the Waco community together for Brisket and Beer before a Baylor home football game. The Knights volunteer their time to stay up all night and to smoke the brisket. This event is a great community event, but also provides the knights to spend some time with their fellow brothers.
